These tracks are acoustic versions of some songs from our second album „Life In Times Of The Big Crunch“. We recorded the first two tunes live „from the basement“-style with our friend and collaborator Friedrich Paravicini at his Sunset Studios in Hamburg on an offday while on tour using his insane collection of instruments including an Ondes Martenot, Harpsichord, Wurlitzer Electric Grand Piano and real Tape-Mellotron…it was the most fun recording-day ever!!
The orchestral arrangement of "Perpetual Waves" was recordedwith my trio and eos chamber orchestra after hours at the recording session for our album "Exploring Objects & Shapes".
